There was a guy on the old site that had a large tank built locally- anyone know who built it? Anyone with access to the old hole wanna go do some searching and bring it back- please!! We could use that info here.

nice guy- he can build 48" x 21" x 16" with dividers for $70. I think I might backpedal and do this route- still unsure.

Andrew, he's got your 30L for $45. You might give him a call.

Dang, I might just have to give him a call.

Did we ever figure out where Adam is located?

He's in North Richland Hills and will have it done on Monday :D

Maybe we should pin Adam's number somewhere?
He seems to have extraordinary deals.

I'd really like to see what Adam does with a BIG tank! Specifically center supports and support for "lids".

I just sent him specs for construction on my sump- $55 including bulkheads. Custom fit to the stand- 46.6 gallon capacity.

This dude ROCKS!!

I wonder if they are DIY bulk heads or real....

$55 is a good deal, plus no delivery.

plus no delivery.

:exactly:

The $30 delivery (or whatever FedEx/UPS/USPS would charge if deliver it at all) was killing the GlassCages deal.

From what I gathered from talking to him, this wasn't his first Rodeo. Seems he knows what he's doing (cut the glass, silicone it together, let it dry, leak test it, etc.).

With a tank that large you're looking at thick glass, but I think someone got a 125 from him a while back, so it probably wouldn't hurt to ask.

Let us know what he says :D
