My oscars new light

i just recently bought this light for my 100 for my softshell turtle, one side has this repti glo 2.0 in it and the other is just a plain aqua glo light. My question is ever since i put this light in my oscar stays under this light and never moves from under it untill i feed him, is this a bad light for fish?

The repti glo should not be dangerous to your fish. It just replicates the sun's natural UVB rays for your turtle. It's nothing that a fish in the wild would not also be exposed to. :)
