Einstein wood?

Not really but the driftwood is growing a nice toupe of white cloudy fuzz. Any idea what it is and how to stop it?

Background on it: Was in the 100g, pulled and rinsed and then put in the 20g where there's better lighting and probably water condition. This is first "wrong" thing it's ever done.

Rinse in a bleach dip. About 5% solution or so the soak it really good in heavily dechlorinated water for a while. Should kill anything on it.

Are you sure?
I've never used bleach on anything for the tanks because it scares me...

It's the best cleaner to use on tank items....just make sure you do a smell test (don't smell bleach)
